Hope Church cares about one thing more than anything else, Jesus Christ. Hope Church is a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same freedom.

Hope Church was started in April 2021 although it has been prayed over way before that. The Cornerstone collective is a group of churches across Merseyside seeking to plant communities of light across the region and Hope church forms part of that partnership. We believe however we go even further back than that and have been part of God’s plan for this neighbourhood to hear about Jesus. The heart of God is for every person in Kenny to hear about him and have a chance to respond to the living hope he offers in his Son Jesus Christ.

More than ever, Hope Church is committed to fostering a family built around hope. Hope for the future. Hope for better. Hope for progress. Hope in Jesus. And as we move forward as a church family, we have a vision of seeing the people of Kensington rejoicing in the living hope of Jesus. Living out Acts 2:42-47 being an intentional gospel community devoted to the word, prayer, fellowship. Helping each other if we have needs and seeking Jesus to transform us, multiply us and reach Kensington for his glory.

We would love to see more churches planted across this region and we are also praying that the nations would be reached by seeing lives in Kensington spread across the world to start churches in different nations. We realise the vision is big but we have a big God who uses weak people like us to accomplish big things.
